Case: 37 yo healthy female manual therapist with 1 week history of right wrist extensor tear at the elbow in ECRB. Patient was treated with targeted PRP using the Emcyte system provided by Plymouth Medical. Patient underwent routine Fascial Manipulation, Fascial Hydrodissection, movement rehabilitation with complete resolution of symptoms in 6 months and full recovery by 9 months.
